Terms and Conditions

     

Botany Indoor Car Boot

We want you to have fun and be successful in the process to do this we have invoked important Terms   and Conditions, which need to be abided by. If these are followed then things are sure to run smoothly.


1. Treasure Trove Fairs does not take responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods. The decision of Treasure Trove Fairs management is   final and terms and conditions are subject to change without notification and   at any time. You agree to these terms upon payment of your pitch.


2. All rubbish  and unsold items must go home with you. We do not have a rubbish disposal   facility at the site. CCTV operates on site.
Any items left behind, unless agreed upon by prepaid booking, will be disposed of after a 2-week grace period which offers sufficient time to remove all  belongings.
Please bring bin liners to   take rubbish home. Fly tipping and littering are illegal offences.

 

3. The Law   states there is to be no smoking (cigarettes, e-cigs or vaping devices), selling   or consuming alcohol anywhere inside this public building. Anyone found breaching   this rule on site will be asked to leave the site immediately and without   compensation.

 

4. No sellers should  take up more than their allocated space. Failure to do so will result in an   additional charge for an additional pitch. Records are kept of which pitches have been allocated.
 

5. All emergency exits should always be kept clear. ­­


6. Refunds will not be given (unless under exceptional special circumstances) should you fail to take up your stall.


7. Treasure Trove Fairs cannot be held responsible for any goods bought or sold. Booters   and customers buy and sell completely at their own risk.


8. Treasure Trove Fairs and its staff reserve the right to decline entry to anyone displaying   drunken or abusive behaviour regardless of whether an entry fee has already been paid, and without refund or compensation will be given.


9. Vendors   selling the outlined goods will be asked to leave and will not be refunded   for their stall (this includes selling to 18 years old and under): illegal items, illegal substances, stolen goods, any item deemed to be a weapon, counterfeit goods, pornographic material, tobacco-based products or any material deemed offensive by management. (Random inspection can be pursued)


10. Sharp Knives should be in blocks or sleeves and kept out of reach of under 18-year olds. FOLLOW CHALLENGE 25 GUIDELINES ON AGE RESTRICTED PRODUCTS. 


11. Stall holders agree to vacate the premises with all their belongings and property by closing time of the Car boot.
